Where are you based?

All Eggie products are handmade in Toronto, Canada.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. I work with trusted carriers to keep rates as low as possible, and sometimes offer free shipping promotions over a certain order amount.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, I do not offer local pickup for online orders. All online orders will be shipped. If you'd like to shop in person, come visit me at my next market at the Toronto Welcome Market from Dec 13-14! 

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. If there’s an issue, reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

Will I get tracking?

Yes — all orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

How are Eggie pieces made?

Each piece is crafted with polymer clay and/or 3D-printed parts, coated in UV resin for a glossy, durable finish. They’re 100% handmade and one-of-a-kind!

Are Eggie products safe for children?

No — Eggie products are not toys and are not suitable for children. They are decorative pieces meant for display or light functional use (like magnets or photo stands).

How should I take care of my Eggie?

• Avoid dropping or bending.

• Keep away from harsh chemicals or prolonged water exposure.

• Wipe clean with a soft cloth if needed.
