Shipping policy

I currently ship within Canada, the United States, and select international countries. All orders are shipped from Toronto, ON using trusted courier and postal partners.

Processing Time
Because each piece is handmade, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for processing before your order is shipped. Preorder items will include their own estimated timelines on the product listing.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination and carrier:

  • Canada: ~3–9 business days

  • U.S.: ~5–10 business days

  • International: ~2–4 weeks depending on region and customs clearance

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount—please check the store banner or checkout for current offers.

Local Pickup (Toronto)
Free local pickup is not available at the moment.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country. U.S. orders under USD $800 typically clear without duties.
