Because each Eggie piece is handmade, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work together on a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

  • All tracked shipments include coverage. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the courier.
